Service

saysOK provides uptime monitoring, alerting, incident, and status-page software. You are responsible for the monitors, recipients, subscribers, status-page content, credentials, and workspace users you configure.

Accounts and Workspaces

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Workspace owners are responsible for teammate access, billing choices, and compliance with these Terms.

Payments

Payments for paid plans are processed by Paddle.com Inc. and its affiliates ("Paddle"), who acts as the merchant of record for all such transactions. Paddle is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, and sales tax) on the transaction, issuing invoices, handling refunds in accordance with Paddle's published refund policy, and managing payment-related disputes. By purchasing a paid plan you agree to Paddle's Terms of Use (https://www.paddle.com/legal/terms) and Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) in addition to these Terms.

Taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.

Acceptable Use

Do not use saysOK to monitor targets you are not authorized to access, send unlawful communications, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or violate applicable law.

Availability and Changes

We aim to operate saysOK reliably, but monitoring data, alert delivery, and integrations may be delayed or unavailable. We may update features, limits, and these Terms with notice where required.

Cancellation

You may cancel paid plans through the billing portal. Paddle-issued invoices, refunds, disputes, and payment-method updates are handled through Paddle's customer-facing flows and published policies.
